Exterior Design:
As the flagship model among Nissan’s mid-size sedans, the 2026 Nissan Teana has undergone a comprehensive exterior refresh, adopting Nissan’s newest family design language that perfectly blends business elegance with sporty vitality. The iconic V-motion front design delivers high visual recognition, while the bold chrome trim and black honeycomb grille create a strong contrast that highlights both the dignified presence of a business sedan and energetic youthful character. The sharp LED headlights on both sides feature refined internal detailing and are seamlessly integrated with the grille, further expanding the visual width of the front face. The functional airflow vents on both sides of the front bumper not only improve aerodynamics but also strengthen the sporty atmosphere of the vehicle. This design philosophy, capable of adapting to diverse usage scenarios, allows the Teana to handle formal business occasions while still satisfying personal driving enthusiasm. By retaining family identity while refining key details, the new Nissan Teana successfully shapes a distinctive premium style.
Interior: Premium Comfort Fully Upgraded
Inside the cabin, the core concepts of “comfort + intelligence” are expressed through every detail. The dashboard is wrapped with large areas of soft-touch material and paired with fine stitching craftsmanship, offering a warm and home-like tactile feel. As the successor of the “mobile luxury sofa” philosophy, interior space remains outstanding: the panoramic sunroof significantly enhances openness, and even passengers around 180 cm tall won’t feel constrained in the rear row. A 175 cm passenger in the front seat can enjoy about two-fist headroom, while the rear offers about one-fist headroom and more than two-fist legroom, meaning even 180 cm occupants can fully stretch out. The standard 586-liter trunk capacity is more than sufficient for daily storage and long-distance travel.
Powertrain
The 2026 Teana Nissan with Harmony Cockpit offers two powertrain options: The Comfort Edition features a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine delivering 115 kW and 197 Nm, paired with a CVT transmission for smooth and linear power output, suitable for users prioritizing comfort. The flagship variant comes equipped with a 2.0T engine delivering 179 kW and 371 Nm, also paired with a CVT, offering stronger responsiveness for drivers seeking performance. The chassis features a front MacPherson suspension and rear multi-link layout with trapezoidal control arms, tuned for comfort. Both front and rear use pulse-type rebound dampers to effectively absorb vibrations and deliver a smooth riding experience similar to gliding on a flat surface.
